CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation/reschedule fee (25% of appointment total) will be charged for any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within less than 12 hours of scheduled appointment or for rescheduling due to arriving outside of late arrival window If arriving 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation/reschedule fee No call/ no show appointments will result in a 50% charge of the service total *No Refunds*
